J.R. Briggs is the Founder of Kairos Partnerships, a ministry that seeks to love the Church by caring for Her leaders. He serves as a coach, consultant, speaker, equipper and writer serving a wide variety of leaders, pastors, churches, non-profits, ministries, companies and denominations. He is also an adjunct professor at Missio Seminary, and guest instructor at Friends University, specifically with the Apprentice Institute. He also serves as the Director of Leadership & Congregational Formation for The Ecclesia Network and National Trainer & Equipper for Fresh Expressions U.S.  He is an author, co-author and contributor of nine books that seek to equip and care for kingdom leaders. J.R. and his wife Megan have been married for over 15 years and have two sons, Carter and Bennett. They live in the heart of Lansdale, PA. 

Mia Chang is the lead pastor and planter of NextGen Church in West Windsor, NJ.  Rev. Mia was ordained as a pastor by the American Baptist Churches of New Jersey upon completing her studies at the Alliance Theological Seminary in New York, and she obtained her doctorate in ministry studies at Palmer Theological Seminary of Eastern University in Pennsylvania.  She planted NextGen Church in 2008 as a unique multi-ethnic community that seeks to embrace their diversity and differences in heritage and culture while celebrating unity in Jesus Christ. This community of families and young adults views their mission as to love, serve, and impact the world by reaching out to their neighbors and building up the next generation.

​Rev. Dale Edwards and his wife Laurie have been married for 33 years, and have two children: Daniel and Beth. A graduate of Berkshire Christian College and Gordon- Conwell Theological Seminary, Dale was pastor of the First Baptist Church of Lebanon NH for 25 years. During that time, he also served for several years as pastor of Logos Community Church, a mission congregation of the Korean Presbyterian Church meeting at Dartmouth College. Dale is currently in his sixth year serving as the Region Minister for the American Baptist Churches of Vermont and New Hampshire. Dale enjoys traveling in the Region, visiting with pastors and churches. His ministry has been dedicated to church renewal in New England. For hobbies, Dale gardens, hikes, collects old Moxie bottles and keeps chickens.
